The booklist, which you complete and return by the due date, is processed, assembled and packed in our warehouse. Any items which are unavailable are backordered ie recorded and supplied at no extra cost to the student at home, or delivery address given, when the item(s) become available.
The parcel is then either delivered to your home or delivery address via Fastway Couriers. If you are not present when the delivery note they will leave a contact number to confirm timing for the signed delivery. We cannot leave parcels unless specific permission is given to Fastways.
Booklists are developed co-operatively with your school and designed to your school's specifications.
Booklists are printed once proof copies are finalised. They are distributed by the school to students and parents. You may request further copies at our office located in Burleigh Heads.
Online student booklists allow you to order school books and stationery for delivery direct to your home/office or to be collected from your school's pick-up location.
Booklist orders can only be placed online if you have a school code and password. Check your printed booklist - this will tell you your school code, password the cut-off date for orders, our website address and instructions for ordering, plus the date your order will be delivered.
Network Educational Australia takes reasonable steps to ensure that all information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, up-to-date and stored in a secure environment. We work to protect the security of your information at all times. Payments are made on the site via Verisign-PayPal. Only this financial institution processes and validates your credit card details. Please note that no credit card details for online orders are kept or seen, by Network Educational staff.
When ordering online all booklists will be delivered by Fastway Couriers and a signature must be obtained upon receipt of the delivery. If you wish to collect your order from our Burleigh Heads’ office, you must specifically request this in the ‘comments’ section. Please note that home delivery is recommended as we have limited staff available at our office.

Please note that if you have supplied a PO Box number for delivery, your booklist will be delivered via Australia Post only. This may take longer to receive and will not be registered or insured for lost/damaged/stolen goods.

Please deliver my booklist order to the Network Educational office during the specified period, as indicated on my printed booklist. Please note that this is a very busy time for us during the months of December-February so expect possible delays. Should you not be able to come to the office during the specified time and dates for your booklist, your order will remain at our office until 1st February 2008.
Please deliver my booklist order to my school on the specified shop day, as indicated on my printed booklist. Times for collection are found on the printed booklist. Should you not be able to attend on the school shop day to pick up your order, it will be returned to Network Educational's office located at Burleigh Heads for collection. No booklists will be left with the school; you will need to make arrangements to collect.
Home Delivery if you order within the cut-off date stipulated on your school booklist:
Delivery is $8.95 if you have more than 1 child and are ordering all booklists at one time you will be charged for the 1 delivery fee, if you order on separate occasions you will be charged $8.95 for each booklist order.
Your order will be sent Receipted Delivery with Fastway Couriers.
Home Delivery if you order after the cut-off date:
Delivery is $18.95 as this is classified as a late order.
Your Home Delivery will arrive via Receipted Delivery with Fastway Couriers. (This only applies if order placed after the cut-off date on your booklist.)
Your order will be sent via Fastway Couriers and you will be required to sign for the delivery. Fastway Couriers will not allow neighbours to sign for the parcel.
If you are not at home, Fastway Couriers will leave a card advising you to contact them directly to arrange a better time for delivery.
Visit our office at Burleigh Heads and hand-pick your booklist. (This is self-service only. Please appreciate that we have limited staff available and cannot offer a staff member to pick your order for you.)
Orders: there is no guarantee that every item on your booklist will be available at Network Educational's shop as we have limited space. Should your prescribed textbooks be unavailable we can place and order for you. Full payment is required up-front and you will be required to pick up your order/s at our shop after approximately 14 working days. We cannot deliver your order to the school.
If any of your required stationery items are unavailable we cannot place them on order for you. You will need to purchase them elsewhere or we can give an approximate date of likely receipt for normal stocked items.
Some items may not be available at the time of picking your order. If this happens, the item will be charged as part of your original order and delivered to your home when available at no extra cost.
You are able to submit your school booklist through your school, or come into our office located at 67 Casua Drive, Varsity Lakes to pick your order via self-service. You may also fax your booklist to our office on (07) 5576 5688; pre-payment will be required by completing the front page of your form with credit card details. We are unable to take phone orders at any time.
You can pay by Money Order or cheque (with identification only e.g. driver’s license) or by cash or EFTPOS at our office.

If you order online, it is necessary to pay using your credit card. All online transactions are performed via the Verisign Payment Solutions site. Your credit card will be debited immediately and you will be provided with a Network Educational order confirmation number.
We are sorry, but due to the large numbers of orders we receive at this time of year we are unable to cancel items from your order. No item, once invoiced, can be returned unless damaged or incorrectly supplied.
We would appreciate payment up-front for your booklist. You can pay for your booklist using credit card (excluding American Express and Diners Club), Money Order or cheque (with identification e.g. current driver's license, proof of address etc.). You cannot pay at the school using cash or EFTPOS.
If you cannot make payment when you place your order you can do so when you pick up the booklist at your school or at Network Educational on your specified pick-up date. We accept credit cards (excluding American Express and Diners Club), EFTPOS, cash and Money Order. We do not accept cheques!
We have self-service shop located at 67 Casua Drive, Varsity Lakes. Please see our website www.network-ed.com.au for trading hours. You are able to select and pay for your items there.
Please note: If goods are purchased from our self service shop, we are unable to guarantee supply of complete booklists. To guarantee receipt of these items, the customer MUST order through the online system prior to the cut-off date (i.e. place your order through the website, or order with the school before the cut-off date).
Please appreciate that we have limited staff available. There is no guarantee that a staff member will be available to help you pick your order. We highly recommend that you use our online service. Parents: all children must be supervised whilst in the store, and damage to stock paid for in full.
The prices on your school booklist are ONLY APPLICABLE when participating through your school's pre-pack program. Standard pricing applies at ALL our retail locations. These prices are still subject to change without prior notice.

Yes. All school shops have EFTPOS facilities. Cheques will only be accepted if identification is presented.
Faulty calculators are subject to warranty conditions. With proof of purchase they will be returned to the supplier for replacement. With proof of purchase a refund will be offered should you not want a replacement.
It is not possible to add items to lists we have received. You can place another order online and pay by credit card, or you can visit our office in Burleigh Heads.
Should you see an error message with Please contact customer service as the shipping weight is too heavy for normal postage you have selected the wrong ORDER TYPE in the dropdown field. Please ensure that you have chosen 2008 School Booklist orders only and not Books.
Misbound or faulty goods will be fully refunded or replaced if returned with proof of purchase. Refund is issued as per sold i.e. credit card, EFTPOS, cash.
